FINAL REFLECTION
Questions for Final Reflection
- What have I learnt in this module?
- What did I enjoy the most?
- What did I not enjoy the most?
- What have I learnt about myself through this module?
- What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?
- What are my aspirations?
Throughout this module, I learned about key design principles like balance, contrast and movement, word and image and many more. These principles have helped me realise how design elements work together and create visually appealing compositions. What I enjoyed was analysing artworks I found and applying these principles into Task 2. In my opinion, one of the best parts was reimagining 'The Last Supper' by Leonardo da Vinci in my own style and interpretation, though it was also one of the things I did not enjoy the most, as I had a difficult time thinking of ideas that kept the meaning of 'The Last Supper'. This module helped me rediscover my strengths as a graphic designer as now I've learnt the significance of using design to tell stories and evoke emotions. My approach to design has become more thoughtful, but my love for creativity remains the same. I look forward to improving my skills and creating works that tell compelling stories while following the design principles that I've learnt from Miss. Jinchi and this module as a whole.
